Cornerstone OnDemand to Forge Partnership with Visier on Cloud Analytics

Santa Monica, Calif. — April 12

Cornerstone OnDemand, a cloud-based talent management software services provider, and Visier Inc. announced that the companies have forged a relationship under which Visier’s cloud-based workforce analytics and planning services will be made available to Cornerstone clients.

When used with Cornerstone’s talent management suite, Visier Workforce Analytics seeks to enable Cornerstone clients to gain insight into critical workforce metrics, such as turnover, retention and employee productivity. Through predictive analytics, organizations also can go beyond core HR metrics to understand why people are leaving, how to source more top talent or who is likely to leave next.

Founded in 2010 by business intelligence experts, including former Business Objects CEO John Schwarz, Visier seeks to change how enterprises approach workforce analytics by delivering a cloud-based, pre-built service that combines the sophistication of predictive capabilities with the ease-of-use of consumer applications.
