Performance Inspired Adds to Its Leadership

Performance Inspired Inc., a consulting, media and research firm, has named Larry Mohl as its chief innovation officer and founding principal.

Mohl is a thought leader, author and speaker on advanced approaches to high-impact learning, knowledge communities, leadership development and talent management. Prior, he was vice president and chief learning officer for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in charge of leadership development, succession and performance management, clinician development and technology training. He held the same title for American Express prior to that.

Mohl is also an expert adviser to the Human Capital Institute and serves on the board of directors for the Atlanta Human Resources Leadership Forum. Mohl holds three international patents in telecommunications technology. He is also an award-winning composer and musician.
