Sarah Le Roy is vice president of talent management at Linkage. She leads Linkage’s assessment practice and oversees the executive recruiting business. Le Roy joined Linkage following a 20-year career in the financial services, consulting and technology businesses where she focused predominately on human capital and talent management engagements. Previously, she held leadership positions in both startups and more established companies, such as Goldman Sachs, where she managed experienced hire recruitment across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition to her operational responsibilities, she facilitated the assessment and acquisition of senior talent into portfolio businesses.
Le Roy has worked with leaders at all levels across a number of industries focused on driving business results through strategic talent management, action-driven coaching, team building and the development of problem solving strategies. She is certified to administer Strength Deployment Inventory communication styles and conflict resolution training and Linkage’s Leadership Assessment Instrument. Le Roy holds a BA from Williams College in religion and in literary studies, and an SM from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.
