Dan Hiltz is responsible for the content and delivery of all training and development for more than 3,300 global associates at Kendle, one of the world’s leading clinical research organizations. Prior to Kendle, Hiltz managed the learning infrastructure supporting 80,000 global employees at Convergys Corp., the world leader in customer-care and employee-care outsourcing and a 2007 Training Magazine Top 125 Company. He began his training career as a software development trainer and also has served as technical and sales training manager. Hiltz received his doctorate from the University of Notre Dame and has been an adjunct professor at Xavier University and Thomas More College.
