Previously, Levensaler was responsible for the development of the enterprise learning consulting practice at SystemLink Enterprise Solutions, solution design manager for the global services division of SmartForce (now SkillSoft), director of e-learning for Gulfstream Aerospace, director of organizational development for Edutrek International/AIU and HR consultant for Deloitte Consulting.
