Learning Is Changing — The Next Generation of Learning at Turner Construction
Turner Construction is one of the largest construction management companies in the United States, with a construction volume of $8 billion in 2011. It is redefining its learning and training structure to adapt to the changing needs of its leadership, employees and extended enterprise. The shift in younger generations has changed how Turner does things as a business, and connection speeds and global needs have changed the enterprise. The company is moving away from traditional learning and adapting to the changing culture in its approach for sharing knowledge. Learn how it works very closely with its extended community by creating a scalable solution to help reach larger groups effectively and efficiently, all while maintaining strict regulatory compliance standards.
